Rosenheim

Between towering peaks and crystal-clear water... between nature and culture... The district town of Rosenheim in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria, in the foothills of the Alps at the confluence of the Mangfall and Inn rivers.
Due to its location, Rosenheim has a high recreational value; within a radius of about 25 km are the Chiemsee, the Simssee and about a dozen other bathing lakes, as well as the mountains of the northern edge of the Alps Wendelstein, Hochries and Kampenwand, which invite to skiing, hiking, mountain biking and paragliding / hang gliding.
Other diving waters in the immediate vicinity are Walchensee, Thumsee, Tegernsee, Starnberger See, Attersee and Wolfgangsee.
